Horizon Walker is great up til level 7, but kind of meh after that, at least for me. So I figured I'd multiclass! Unfortunately arcana cleric is out. On top of that, you can comfortably use Favored Foe adjacent Planar Warrior and saves a spell slot. For me, the value of Horizon Walker comes from the extra spells of Misty Step, Haste, and Banishment. These are just fantastic spells for a Ranger to have. Ethereal Step is a bit mediocre, but only because it's 1 use per short rest.
