I would make sure it is seated correctly, and if you want to make extra sure you can remove it and then try a cycle. Always unplug from the back of the unit as opposed to the wall if you want to do a complete reset. Leave it unplugged for 10 mins and then plug it back in. It's my fault for adding too much litter and not resetting the weight sensor.
