Lost my mucus plug at week 33. I ended up having more contractions that night, but procardia calmed them down. Doc didn't seem concerned because I wasn't dilating and like others have said it can happen early on and reginerate. Baby is still baking at 37 weeks. 2.

I lost my mucous plug in the week leading up to giving birth at 33 weeks. It's true that some women lose theirs and don't go into labor, but that was not the case for me. I'd recommend monitoring closely for contractions and if you are able to start timing them, head to L&D.

Thankfully, they have been successful and around my 28th week I was measured again and was measuring at a “normal” length but I was advised to still take my progesterone until I am 36 weeks.
