I can also say that Transmission and SABnzbd both running and downloading at the same time is a viable and stable option. Of course if you have 15 active torrent your machine will be slowish. Disk access seems a problem. Currently have 4 Caviar Green drive. Anyways. this is my update. Work like a charm! (french is not my main language)
