Not a solution, but recently i’ve had the same issue on laptop with local files and them not downloading onto my Spotify local files folder. It definitely used to, so I’m not sure why it stopped working but oh well. My current download speed is 30mb. At this moment, my both playlists at High quality should´ve been fully downloaded. Both should have around 170 songs, it´s not anything massive....

When you get log in screen, turn WiFi on and log in. Seems to work normally after that. View solution in original post. Reply....
