The gun was field stripped, cleaned and oiled, and reassembled. A few weeks ago I took the Legion out to the range on two different occasions. Day 1: The gun fairly well. Any pistol is legal to bring into california, as long as you register it using form 401. (Within 60 days). Only restriction is magazine over 10rd. So yes, p938 is legal to possess, however it is not legal to buy new in california. The california DOJ website is specifically for NEW gun purchases on california....
